1. The sound of the reducer is not normal or there is noise:
Reason: There are many impurities in the lubricating oil; the gear meshing part is damaged, the gear gap is increased, the bearing clearance is large; the bearing is damaged or worn seriously.

2, the bearing temperature is too high:
Cause: The oil level in the gear unit is too low; too little oil, the oil has deteriorated; the bearing is damaged.
Solution: Check the oil level at room temperature and may need to replenish the oil. Check when the last oil change was made and the oil may need to be replaced. Check the bearings and may need to be replaced.
3, oil seal seepage, oil leakage:
Cause: The oil seal is broken.
Solution: Replace the oil seal. Check the shaft seal wear and may need to be replaced
4. The working temperature of the reducer is high:
Cause: The oil level in the reducer is too high or the oil quantity is small, the oil has aged, and the lubricating oil is seriously polluted.
Solution: Check the oil level and you may need to correct the oil level. Increase the Lubricant Check When the last oil change was made, the lubricant may need to be replaced.
5. Tooth surface wear or corrosion:
Cause: The quality of the lubricant is unacceptable or contains impurities.
Solution: Replace the worn gear and change the oil.
6 gear teeth broken:
Reason: Overload work, gear quality problems.
Solution: Replace the parts, recalculate the load and see if the selection is correct.
7. Input shaft break:
Cause: The radial force is too large, the coupling error of the coupling is too large, and the quality is a problem.
Solution: Replace the part. When the user inputs power with a pulley, check whether the radial force exceeds the specified maximum value. Check that the angular error of the coupling installation is out of tolerance.
8. Deceleration chassis cracking:
Cause: The radial force is too large, the teeth are broken, and the quality is a problem.
Solution: When the user uses the chain drive to output power, it is necessary to check the radial force. If the radial force exceeds the specified maximum value, it is recommended that the user use a welded box or an enlarged model.
